Lost Judgment is a continuation of the events of Judgment, its events beginning December 2021. The game features an open world set in the universe established by the Yakuza series. It primarily focuses on the red-light district of Kamurocho, Tokyo, a fictionalized version of Kabukicho, TokyoWP, and the port district of Isezaki Ijincho, Yokohama, a fictionalized version of Isezakicho, YokohamaWP. Seiryo High School, a private high school in Ijincho modeled after a real-life high school, serves as one of the central locations.
