Craig had an unusual road from becoming the No. 1 cocktail bartender in Sydney CBD to enlisting in the Australian military machine and joining a regiment that requires so much from each individual.

About Craig Ball:
Craig is a change professional having previously worked in the Telecommunications sector in the Telstra Global Delivery program.
He has recently worked as part of an Australian Business Award Winning Change Management Team on an SAP implementation in Enterprise Asset Management at Sydney Trains.
He has worked in an Activity Based Working (ABW) Program at Sydney Trains Currently Craig is working on a Digital Identity Program for Telstra improving security, moving applications onto a single platform.
Craig discovered his passion for change management while working in Afghanistan with the Australian Army as part of a communications capability uplift for Afghan forces, involving cultural, linguistic and security challenges.
A demanding role affecting the lives and security of the local population, empowering local forces to communicate across long distances as part of their operations.
Through mentoring he was able to develop strong relationships, effectively manage stakeholders of all levels and build infrastructure to enable communications over distances greater than 200 kilometers.
