I was touring Bogota, Colombia in May. So it was very rainy, but not many tourist. In this video I went to the Santa Fe area. which is an old part of Bogota and now known for Venezuelans that came to Colombia during hard-times in Velenzuela. It was fine there during the day but, I did not enter that area during the night… It can get a little wild…
