It’s become very concerning that whenever women raise their voices protesting humiliation, discrimination and violation of their rights. A huge number of people bring out their worst by insulting, mocking and discrediting the righteous activities of these women.
The very recent ‘Muktir Michhil’ demonstration in Dhaka, has also become a victim of this sick practice of toxic masculinity. But, despite all the gloom, the voices of these brave women reaffirmed that all is not lost for our society and the hope of a better future is still out there.
