Full title reads: “Geneva. ‘All Dressed Up’…. The quaint old fashioned costumes of Switzerland present a pleasing carnival spectacle.”

A brass band marches in one direction while people in various old fashioned Swiss traditional costumes walk up and down the street.

Shots of people parading. Some of the more outlandish costumes involve large cow bells. A man carries a large Alpine Horn.
